Northridge is a San Fernando Valley community in Los Angeles, California with an area of seventeen square miles. It is strategically located near important residential communities, making it an ideal location to consider for office moving plans – or simply to find a new place to start a home.


Neighboring Northridge are the communities of Granada Hills, Chatsworth, North Hills, Reseda, Porter Ranch, and Winnetka. Northridge was first known as the Zelzah station when it was established in 1910. Back then it was a Southern Pacific town at the Colonel Henry Hubbard and Bud Wright Hawk Ranch in the northern part of Los Angeles. Because of the immense project, the Zelzah community voted to be included in the jurisdiction of the Los Angeles City Government.
