 What Will My Move Cost?
Clearly, one of the most important questions asked by our customers, is how much will this cost me? Laprom, like most companies charge by the hour; this means that included in our hourly rate which we quote to you is the following: labor, trucks, materials, travel time and valuation (limited liability).
We have a minimum charge of 3 hours labor plus double travel time. Travel time it the time it takes to get from the loading point to unloading point. If it takes 15 Minutes - Customer is charged 30 Minutes.
Laprom Current Prices Are:
$30.00 per man per hour (no overtime)
2 Men & 1 Truck = $69.00 per hour
3 Men & 1 Truck = $89.00 per hour
4 Men & 1 Truck = $109.00 per Hour
5 Men & 1 Truck = $139.00 per Hour

Choosing the Right Moving Company
Whichever company you choose, here are some hints..
The lowest price isn't necessarily the best!
Many disreputable companies will "low-ball" in order to get your business. These companies may hold your things "hostage" at the end of the move, in order to get you to pay the increased price, as opposed to the price quoted.
Get at least three estimates.
This affords the opportunity for comparison.
Compare estimates.
Compare hourly rates, travel time, time estimated for the move, amount of materials needed. Read the paper work that each company gives you, it provides added insight into the abilities of the company.
